Our Story

Our journey started in 2005 as an Indo-American joint venture. The purpose was to offer niche services and to create an environment of mutual respect, trust and inclusive growth for all the stake-holders i.e. our clients, our partners, our promoters and our employees.

Over the last sixteen years, we have assisted many large corporations, corporate employees, expatriates, NRI’s and resident Indians to buy, sell or lease their properties in Pune. With predominant operations in Pune, we have gradually started spreading our wings to Mumbai and Gurgaon regions.

We believe in building a long term association and aim to support our clients through all the life cycle stages of a property. Therefore besides real estate advisory and consulting services; we also offer project marketing, property management, asset management, fractional real estate and NRI desk services to our clients. We are happy to walk the last mile with our customers and are happy to refer services of legal advisors, tax advisors and loan advisors along the way.

Leadership Team

Armed with Engineering and MBA, Vikas has over 30 years of service industry experience. His rich exposure to real estate, relocation, immigration, technology and marketing services brings a holistic knowledge to the company. His 6+ years of work stint in US and UK brings the required professionalism, transparency and ethics to Lex Properties. His work related travels to 30+ countries brings global best practices to this business. He is also on the governing board of Professional Realtors on Pune (PROP). Practical, calm and unruffled during a crisis; Vikas is the flag-bearer of Team Lexagent.

A science post-graduate, Preeti brings her passion, dedication and charisma to the company. During her work stint in USA and frequent international travels, she has garnered good understanding of people, places and their cultures. With 25 years exposure to corporate environment, she has developed good work ethics and a structured approach to sales and customer service functions. Preeti is invited to share her knowledge at many national and international conferences and she loves to bridge boundaries and build connections.

A commerce graduate, Pranil brings 5 years of FMCG and 8 years of real estate experience to the company. Extremely passionate about Real Estate, Pranil has shown true virtues of determination, flexibility and analysis in order to bring good value and make a difference to his clients. He does not hesitate in going an extra mile for his clients and is well appreciated for his dedication and hard work to create win-win situations for all the stake-holders in the transaction. His warm and friendly approach helps him to build rapport and maintain high touch with clients.
